A leading IT consulting firm is hiring a Scrum Master Act as an agility mentor within the organization, driving digital transformation and sustainable team performance. Requirements: 5 years of experience in the Scrum Master role Experience leading multiple agile teams or in scaled agile environments. Intermediate conversational English required Valid Scrum Master certification; advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II) are preferred. Responsibilities: - Scrum process facilitation - Strategic impediment removal - Team coaching and mentoring - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with overall product strategy and business objectives. - Work closely with other Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders to increase Scrum effectiveness and adoption across the organization. - Lead and participate in Scrum planning and adoption across the enterprise, helping stakeholders and employees understand its benefits. - Act as a change agent, promoting an agile culture that extends beyond development teams.
