**ASSISTANT STRUCTURE RESIDENT** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Be a **Civil Engineer or Architect** with knowledge in structures, architecture, and installations. Have knowledge and experience in handling and using commercially available software in Mexico focused on architecture and engineering. Preferably have knowledge of hospital infrastructure and public and hospital construction regulations. · Work location: Cacaotepec, Oaxaca · EXPERIENCE: **5 years in Concrete and/or Metal Structures, hospital construction procedures, and related projects.** · Job requirements: Civil Engineer or Architect (with license). · Previous experience: Building construction, civil works, concrete structures, and metal structures. · Knowledge of hospital infrastructure and its public construction regulations. · Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities. **Job Responsibilities:** · Assistant Resident for supervision of civil works, concrete structures, and metal structures. · Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on the project. · Prepare progress reports and area-specific reports. · Manage personnel and resources required for project execution.
