Experience in customer service and KPIs req30540 Industrial Division We are seeking an: Executive Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and assign traffic and positioning specialists to ensure the movement of customers' cargo within or outside the country via any transportation mode, complying with national and international trade and transportation regulations, delivering the required service to the customer on time and as specified, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and follow-up, commercial area, sales, control and management of KPIs. Knowledge: Handling and resolution of customer complaints and service incidents; customer request handling and follow-up for shipments and consignments (documentation, delivery timelines, invoicing, payments, and after-sales); import/export operations; commerce; negotiation; international relations; budget management; performance indicators; strategic planning; customer service; advanced Office/G Suite productivity suite (spreadsheets, documents, presentations); and intermediate English (desirable).
