ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT: **Offline Activities:** Configure the PLC, HMI, GDS of special equipment and general peripherals in the program (according to the project scope) Assign agreed-upon IP addresses and names for special equipment with the customer Import all inputs and outputs according to the PLC I/O list Incorporate all standard function blocks (FBs) to be used in the project (remove those not required) Organize the module and station structure according to the project layout Program standard alarms in PLC and HMI (emergency stops, cylinders, etc.) Program special alarms in PLC and HMI (according to the alarm standard document) Program pneumatic actuators in the PLC with corresponding inputs and outputs Program manual movements of special equipment in the PLC Program safety conditions for actuators (to prevent collisions or unsafe conditions) Program the programmable safety relay (review the safety review minutes) Home Grafcets in SFC Edit (must be saved on the server and reviewed by the project responsible) Automatic Grafcets in SFC Edit (must be saved on the server and reviewed by the project responsible) Home programmed in the PLC Automatic mode programmed in the PLC **Online Activities:** Station mapping using the mapping file (save version 1 and version 2 on the server) Machine safety verification (emergency stop, safety curtains, etc.) Configuration of special equipment (hardware correctly recognized in the PLC with correct IP address) Manual movements of pneumatic actuators from the HMI (with tested safety conditions) Manual movements of special equipment from the HMI (with tested safety conditions) Alarm verification (general alarms, cylinders, special equipment, etc.) Home sequence (verify home execution under various conditions) Automatic sequence (test all sequence branches, bypasses, messaging) HMI verification (counters, cycle time, error IDs, general spelling, etc.) Special operation modes (empty mode, semi-automatic mode, rework mode, continuous cycle mode, etc.) Station cycle-time verification (according to project specifications) REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in the final semester of one of the following programs: ELECTRONICS, MECHATRONICS, AUTOMATION, or related fields. * Seeking internship or professional residency, preferably full-time.
