We are seeking a **CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. * Resident service orientation. * Prior experience in WARRANTY SERVICE (condominiums) is preferred. * Personal vehicle required. * Position available for the **CIUDAD MARQUÉS** area. * MUST RESIDE IN QUERÉTARO. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify client needs to offer appropriate solutions. * Follow up on resident and/or developer requests. * Monitor and supervise suppliers. * Supervise services provided within condominiums. * Knowledge of the Urban Code of the State of Querétaro. * Support the collections department. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Innovation * Leadership * Results-oriented **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS** * Starting salary: $12,000.00 MXN * Work tools: Laptop, mobile phone * Ongoing training * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site
