Requirements: Education: Technician degree in fields related to production Required experience in manual and vibratory polishing for the automotive industry Knowledge of abrasives Experience supervising work teams Responsibilities: º Perform production and manufacturing operations in compliance with scheduling. º Carry out polishing and finishing of parts with precision and quality. º Collaborate on optimizing production processes to improve efficiency. º Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
