**Job Description:** M8, part of Arcera\*, is a leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico, committed to innovation and improving patients’ quality of life. **M8 invites you to join this great team:** We are looking for: **IT Analyst** Location: **CDMX (Polanco)** Position Type: **Full-time, on-site.** **Position Objective:** To provide efficient and timely technical support, ensure operational continuity of IT systems and assets, and contribute to the execution of technology projects that strengthen infrastructure and services for organizational users. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first-line technical support through multiple channels (on-site, remote, telephone, email, and mobile devices). * Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of technical and non-technical incidents related to computing equipment, mobile devices, networks, software, and other technological resources. * Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory, ensuring its accurate updating, tracking, and operational status. * Address and follow up on Level 1 escalated requests, guaranteeing efficient response and resolution times. * Prepare and maintain accurate reports on assets, expenditures, and other relevant IT metrics. * Manage mobile devices, landlines, and network connections, as well as coordinate with external vendors for incident resolution. * Support the coordination, execution, and follow-up of IT projects in accordance with guidelines from the LATAM IT Director and the IT Manager (MX). * Maintain availability for domestic travel when required. * Ensure compliance with information backup and system recovery controls, safeguarding data integrity and availability. * Document procedures, incidents, and solutions, communicating them clearly and effectively to the team and internal users. * Keep information regarding IT projects, processes, and policies up to date to ensure proper understanding and compliance by staff. * Perform other assigned tasks related to IT operations. **Technical Requirements and Competencies:** * Proficiency in the Windows environment and strong willingness to learn new technologies. * Proactive, analytical profile with self-learning capability. * Advanced English (spoken and written). The technical interview will be conducted in English. **Compensation and Benefits:** Base salary: $25,000 gross Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
