Team collaboration with effective communication **Company**: A 100% Mexican company is looking for your talent as a Security Guard in the city of QUERÉTARO, on a 24x48 shift. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma * Gender: No preference. * Must reside in QUERÉTARO. * MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION **Responsibilities:** * Execute all instructions assigned by the shift supervisor. * Carry out instructions orderly and in strict adherence to established guidelines. * Sign updated custody records for assigned equipment. * Protect company facilities and assets using all available technological and human resources for this activity, including conducting internal and external patrols within the assigned area. * Restrict, limit, monitor, or condition the entry or exit of persons, materials, and vehicles that do not comply with the guidelines established in this manual. * Hand over the shift properly and receive it punctually and correctly. * Maintain a courteous, friendly, and consistently positive attitude at all times, acting professionally. * Perform assigned duties promptly and accurately, as directed by the supervisor within the assigned role. * Comply with and follow up on all instructions issued by the authorized immediate supervisor. * Participate in departmental improvement. **Required Skills:** * Teamwork * Organized * Proactive * Responsible * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Bonus scheme * Uniforms * 30-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * Personal protective equipment * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
