Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating and adjusting CNC machinery, including lathes and machining centers, ensuring efficiency and quality in part production. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC machine operation and adjustment 2. First-piece release and machine adjustments 3. Product manufacturing and inspection Knowledge Requirements: Design interpretation 2\. CNC machining 3\. Machining tools 4\. Measuring equipment 5\. Lathe and machining center operation 6\. Model changeovers on CNC lathes and machining centers 7\. Cutting tools Responsibilities: Perform model changeovers, inspect machining tools, operational documents, CNC programs, and measuring equipment to ensure efficient operation of assigned machines. Conduct first-piece release jointly with the supervisor and quality inspector. Make machine adjustments as needed in response to any contingencies. Perform machine adjustments and participate in the manufacturing of new products. Machine, inspect, and record produced parts during the shift according to records, specifications, and process requirements. Perform physical tooling changes.
