We seek a Data Analyst with advanced expertise in the Google Workspace ecosystem for a short-term project focused on consolidating, cleaning, and optimizing structured information flows primarily in Google Sheets. The goal is to transform scattered data into efficient and automated control dashboards for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning, deduplication, and structuring of complex databases within Google Sheets. Connecting and integrating multiple spreadsheets while ensuring data consistency (efficient use of IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, FILTER, etc.). Designing and automating dynamic visual reports and dashboards (Dashboards) within Google Sheets or by integrating with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). Optimizing spreadsheet performance to prevent slowdowns during data processing. Technical Requirements and Profile Experience: Minimum 2 years in data analysis Advanced Google Sheets: Absolute mastery of logical functions, array formulas, pivot tables, etc. Automation (Desirable): Basic/intermediate knowledge of Google Apps Script (macros) to automate repetitive tasks or alerts. Visualization: Experience creating clean, executive-level visual reports (Looker Studio is a strong plus). Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. Deliverable-oriented work model.
