**Responsibilities:** * Support in drafting architectural plans. * Support in preparing reports, documentation, and/or manuals. * Support in reading and interpreting architectural plans. * Support in material quantity take-offs for civil works. * Site visits and fieldwork. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated and with professional license). * 1 to 2 years of prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Excel (advanced level). * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of material quantity take-offs (not mandatory). * High sense of responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **What We Offer:** * Biweekly base salary. * Transportation allowance. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Meal break. * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Work location**: La Florida neighborhood.
