Risk identification and implementation of preventive measures. **CORPORISA is seeking a Private Security Supervisor in Naucalpan \- Toluca, State of Mexico** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** REQUIREMENTS: * 2 years of experience managing personnel (security) * Orderly documentation * High school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify that security services are executed according to instructions * Conduct physical inspections (patrols) across facilities * Ensure full shift coverage (24/7 if applicable) for both cleaning and security * Identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements * Customer service * Submission of payroll incidents * Coordinate, direct, and supervise security and cleaning personnel * Validate staff attendance, punctuality, and appearance * Assign roles and strategic positions * Continuously train staff on security protocols * Identify potential risks (theft, intrusion, accidents) * Implement preventive measures * Coordinate actions during emergencies (fires, evacuations, incidents) * Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports * Validate service logs * Maintain records of incidents, updates, and instructions.
