Coordination and management of continuous training. **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of security services, ensuring staffing coverage, compliance with directives, and customer satisfaction through timely monitoring and effective risk analysis. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management:** Ensure service coverage (vacancy control, incidents, and absenteeism) and coordinate the field team (Supervisors and Monitors). * **Customer Service:** Attend follow-up meetings, address specific requests, and guarantee service quality across each business unit. * **Security and Procedures:** Develop and update specific operational directives and conduct risk analyses for each service. * **Resource Management:** Manage the vehicle fleet (maintenance, usage) and control inventories of uniforms and radio communication equipment. * **Metrics:** Report performance indicators and incidents to the Operations Management team. * **Training:** Coordinate and manage continuous training for operational positions. **Candidate Profile We Seek:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Criminology, or related field; or high school diploma with solid experience in the industry. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a Coordinator in **Private Security** companies (mandatory). * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and **Google Drive**. * Valid **Class A driver’s license** and ability to operate standard vehicles. (Preferably own vehicle; fuel expenses reimbursed.) * Ability to draft operational directives and handle operational conflicts. * **Key Competencies:** Leadership, problem solving, customer orientation, stress tolerance, and decision making. **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, with availability * **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX (Must be available to travel to service sites).
