Join this great family and be part of transforming Mexico’s private healthcare system. **Together, we continue growing to deliver a high-quality, human-centered, and purpose-driven service!** We are seeking your talent in **Data Analysis:** *\*100% on-site position.* **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Unify codes, descriptions, and units of measurement for medications, supplies, medical devices, and medical equipment rentals. * Design key performance indicators (KPIs) for hospital procurement by unit and supplier type. * Build monitoring dashboards and generate executive reports for Management. * Analyze variances and propose improvements. * Maintain the supplier database up to date. * Validate unit prices and active contracts. * Integrate data from the hospital ERP system. **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, Power Query, basic macros, KPI construction, handling various ERPs, data control and validation). * Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, R). * Knowledge in finance, budgeting, procurement, or related fields (preferred). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields (degree certificate and professional license required). * 1–2 years of experience in the field (hospital experience preferred). * Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * MAC Benefits We take pride in delivering high-quality medical services and maintaining a team of highly skilled professionals. **Join Hospitales MAC and become part of a dedicated and passionate team committed to excellence in healthcare!** At **Hospitales MAC**, we care about our patients’ well-being and strive to deliver service excellence.
