Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to manage accounting transactions, budget forecasting, financial statements, accounting closings, account reconciliations, tax filings, financial and tax consulting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Financial, tax, and regulatory compliance consulting **Join the CNC MACHINERY DEPOT team—we are currently seeking a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT.** **Requirements and Skills** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license) Minimum of 3 years of work experience Experience in import and export operations Proficiency in and application of Financial Information Standards (NIF) Experience with accounting software (journal entries) Proficiency in invoicing and payment complements Experience in general accounting functions Critical and analytical thinking Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Submit financial statements on time Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable Calculate and prepare tax returns Provide financial and tax consulting Conduct audits Implement internal controls Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations Stay current with emerging accounting technologies and tax reforms Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
