We seek to integrate an experienced, responsible Drywall Installer with nighttime availability into our team. **What Do We Offer?** * **Gross monthly salary:** $10,260\.00 MXN. * **Payment method:** Timely biweekly deposit into your Santander payroll account. * **Statutory benefits from day one** (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus). * Job stability and guaranteed timely payment. **Work Schedule and Location:** * **Standard Shift:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Fixed night shift). * **Weekends:** Availability to perform scheduled weekend coverage (as required by operational needs). * **Work location:** Arcos Bosques, Cuajimalpa, CDMX (Must have no issues with commuting or working nights in this area). **Job Objective:** To carry out installation, repair, and finishing tasks for drywall and false wall systems within facilities, ensuring clean, safe, and aesthetically precise work completed correctly the first time. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and assembly of metal framing for walls and ceilings. * Placement, cutting, and fastening of drywall, permabase, or durock panels as required. * Application of joint compound (redimix), taping, patching, sanding, and detailing to prepare surfaces for painting. * Repair of damaged walls, leaks, or modifications in offices and common areas. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper care of assigned tools and materials during the night shift. * Supporting general maintenance activities arising from weekend coverage duties. **Required Profile (Requirements):** * **Education:** Completed elementary or junior high school. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 verifiable years as a drywall installer or advanced construction/maintenance helper. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficient use of hand and power tools (drill, screwdriver, cutter, levels, etc.). * Knowledge of mixing and applying joint compounds and fine finishes. * Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read simple installation blueprints. * **Key Skills:** * Punctuality, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to work autonomously during the night shift. * Good physical condition for handling materials. **Application Process:** If you possess the required experience, are available for the night shift, and are interested in a position offering timely payment and security, apply through this channel by attaching your **CV or updated contact number**, or leave us a message.
