Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of luxury hotel and residential construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation with suppliers, contractors, and developers At Creaser, we are looking for talent to join a leading company in the construction industry—specializing in luxury hospitality and residential developments—for the position of: **Project Manager (Hospitality and Luxury Residential)** **What do you need?** · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree required); postgraduate studies in Construction, MBA, or Project Management are desirable. · Advanced professional English proficiency. · Experience: Minimum 5 years managing large-scale construction projects in the hospitality and luxury residential sectors, particularly in tourist destinations or coastal areas with complex logistics. · Prior experience at top-tier architecture firms (e.g., Olson Kundig, Paolo Ferrari, Studio, Sordo Madaleno, HKS, or similar) is a plus. · Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Procore, Primavera, or equivalent. · Competencies: Leadership of high-performance technical and administrative teams, project management, negotiation, effective communication, high stress tolerance, adaptability to change, operational autonomy, results orientation. · Willingness to travel and relocate. **Your responsibilities would include:** * End-to-end management of construction projects in the hospitality and luxury residential sectors (budgets, schedules, on-site control for large-scale projects) * Negotiation with suppliers, contractors, and developers. * Effective communication with international stakeholders and luxury design teams * Coordination of multidisciplinary and international teams (technical and administrative) **Your compensation:** · Salary: $40,000 to $55,000 net monthly (fees) · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 hrs · Work arrangement: On-site · Workplace: Santa Fé, CDMX If this opportunity is right for you, please submit your application with your CV through this channel, and we will contact you to schedule an interview.
