Purpose Contributes to the Social Responsibility area in Mexico, ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or fulfilled in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with applicable internal standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities * Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Timely tracking of each client’s cash movements upon receipt of deposits via SPEI; validates that the ordering account is among those specified by the client in the contract and ensures withdrawal payments due to maturities are sent only to accounts registered under the same contract. * Records each investment in SPRO, validating term, rate, and amount; generates and sends confirmation documents to the GTB area. * Daily validation of COFA concentration accounts and the Bank’s own checkbook to ensure instructions have been executed per received instructions and no discrepancies arise. * Daily monitoring of maturities and validation against ITP reports. * Supports various Coordinations within the Treasury Operations Sub-Directorate for Branches and the Payments Channels Management, in activities related to SPEI/SPID. * Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively performs effective and efficient operations within respective areas, while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.
