Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to develop architectural proposals, prepare construction drawings, and perform 3D modeling, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural proposal development and preparation of construction drawings. 2. 3D modeling and rendering, including the use of AI in renders. 3. Application of construction regulations and knowledge of building materials. **CONSTRUCTION COMPANY REQUIRES** **PROJECT ARCHITECT** Education: Architecture Minimum experience: 1.5 years **Job Objective:** Support architectural project development through design proposals, preparation of construction drawings, review and validation of structural and installation drawings, 3D modeling and rendering—ensuring compliance with guidelines and scheduled timelines. **1. Responsibilities:** · Develop architectural proposals and/or preliminary designs. · Preparation of construction drawings: masonry, layout, finishes, windows, carpentry, and metalwork. · Review and validate compliance with technical standards and construction regulations in projects. · Review of structural and installation drawings. · Review and validate dimensions, materials, and specifications in technical data sheets. · Compilation of documents for permits and licenses. · Preparation of presentations to showcase architectural proposals. · On-site surveys for construction drawing preparation. · 3D modeling. · Rendering and editing using rendering software. · Use of artificial intelligence tools for render editing. **2. Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD). · 3D modeling (SketchUp, Revit). · Rendering (V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion or similar). · Application of regulations (construction codes, technical standards). · Knowledge of construction materials. **3. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: $15,000 net monthly, plus statutory benefits. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
