Job Objective: Ensure financial, tax, and accounting control over the organization's operations, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, transparency of information, and data-driven strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Control and Supervision Tax and Regulatory Compliance Review and approve tax calculations (ISR, VAT, withholdings, etc.). Supervise the filing of monthly, informative, and annual tax returns. Handle tax audits and official authority requests. Identify tax risks and propose legally compliant optimization strategies. Payroll Administration, accurate payroll calculation including earnings, deductions, and benefits. Payroll receipt stamping and incident tracking. Ensure correct payment of statutory contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). Contract and Legal Obligations Management Review and monitor contracts with customers, suppliers, employees, and third parties. Track financial commitments arising from contracts. Financing and Loan Administration Monitor active credits, loans, and financing arrangements. Financial Planning and Analysis Prepare annual budgets and track variances. Generate financial reports for management (cash flow, profitability, costs). Internal Control and Process Improvement Design and implement financial and administrative internal controls.
