Efficiently resolve user issues or inquiries related to network systems and/or computer devices, delivering excellent service. **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of ASPEL systems (SAE, COI, NOI, BANCOS) * **Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. (Degree holder)** * Experience: Minimum 2 years working in technical support. * Knowledge of structured cabling * Knowledge of telecommunications networks * Knowledge of ERP systems (ODOO) * Programming language knowledge: JAVA; proficiency in Windows, Linux, and iOS operating systems; institutional system queries (IMAGEN); email platform management. * Office 365 proficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install company software and hardware with appropriate configuration for corresponding user functions. * Install, configure, and maintain surveillance cameras (NVR and DVR). * Collaborate with the Systems and IT Manager to develop the annual preventive maintenance plan. * Perform user data backups when necessary. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. * Server administration and configuration. * Ensure users' equipment operates correctly. * Document equipment/system handover/receipt upon intervention, obtaining user approval. * **Travel to the location where the faulty device or network is situated, or provide remote assistance via telephone, chat, or other remote means.** * Email account administration. * Biometric device configuration and registration. * Equipment inventory management. **WE OFFER:** * Uniform * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Work location: Los Reyes Ixtacala, Tlalnepantla. * Career growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
