Apply agile methodologies and project management practices. **Fyware**, a company specialized in developing innovative technology solutions, is seeking a **Project Manager** to lead technology projects and ensure successful deliveries on time, within quality standards, and according to scope. A **Project Manager** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects, serving as the liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. This role ensures objective achievement, proper application of management methodologies, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Position ProfileAcademic Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Information Technologies, Systems, Administration, or related fields. English: Advanced (B2–C1\). Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: * Scope, schedule, deliverables, and resource planning. * Daily and weekly project progress tracking. * Time, cost, and KPI monitoring. * Risk identification and mitigation plan execution. * Ensuring functional and documented deliveries. Agile Methodologies: * Project management under SCRUM / Agile frameworks. * Coordination of ceremonies: planning, daily stand-up, review, and retrospective. * Backlog prioritization and tracking. Communication and Clients: * Ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders. * Requirements elicitation and documentation. * Change and expectation management. * Preparation of progress and project closure reports. Team Coordination: * Task assignment and tracking. * Coordination of cross-functional teams. * Identification of team needs and timely escalation. Experience: * Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager in technology projects. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Tools and Knowledge: * Project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, PMI). * Project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar). * General software development knowledge for technical coordination. **Employment Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 hrs. * Payment Scheme: Service provider model.
