Feedback for training on technical-economic driving techniques **Fuel Analyst** **Main Responsibilities** * **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze kilometers traveled versus liters consumed per vehicle (km/L), comparing against established standards for each bus or van model. * **Refill Audit:** Reconcile fuel refill receipts or invoices with telemetry and GPS reports to ensure the refilled volume actually entered the tank. * **Route-Based Performance Control:** Evaluate how personnel routes affect fuel consumption (frequent stops, excessive idling, air conditioning usage). * **Anomaly Detection:** Identify and report atypical variations that may indicate unauthorized fuel withdrawals, leaks, or poor driving practices. * **KPI Management:** Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports by vehicle, driver, and route. * **Preventive Training:** Provide feedback to the training department regarding drivers with low fuel efficiency to reinforce technical-economic driving techniques. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of operational data analysis experience, preferably in freight or passenger transportation companies. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (PivotTables, logical formulas). * Familiarity with **GPS and Telematics platforms** (Geotab, Samsara, Webfleet, etc.). * Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel/gasoline engine efficiency). * Experience operating a 45-passenger bus. * **Soft Skills:** * Strong ethical sense and integrity. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset and cost-saving focus.
