Software Development Intern – Continuous Improvement

Position Summary: Support the development of digital tools for tracking continuous improvement programs and process digitization, generating reports and training users. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in developing and implementing real-world projects 2. Learning in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement 3. Development of project management skills **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Support the development of digital tools (Power BI or platform) to track the Ideas Program, Lean Manufacturing assessments, and the Clean Desk policy within the Continuous Improvement area. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain platforms (databases, programming, Power BI) Track Lean Manufacturing system assessments Support control and monitoring of the Ideas Program Generate reports and dashboards Train users on platform usage Collaborate with engineers and other departments **CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE AREA:** Improve indicator visibility through reporting Support the digitization of continuous improvement processes Ensure proper tracking of internal assessments and programs **SKILLS:** Programming (mandatory) Database knowledge Power BI or analytical tools (desirable) Analytical thinking Proactivity and teamwork **EDUCATION / MAJORS:** Students currently enrolled in: Systems / IT Software Engineering Computer Science Data / Information Technology or related fields This position is exclusively for active students with valid academic faculty insurance. **BENEFITS FOR THE STUDENT:** Experience in a real-world development and implementation project Learning in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement Development of project management and negotiation skills Exposure to digital tools and industrial processes LANGUAGE: **Basic–Intermediate English WORK CONDITIONS:** **Schedule:** Approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site **Duration:** 6 to 12 months RECOGNIZING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY BRP fosters an inclusive culture where every individual can grow and contribute authentically.
