Responsible and committed to attention to detail Administrative personnel are required with skills in document management, use of computer tools, and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic work environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering, classifying, and archiving physical and digital documentation, as well as preparing reports, official letters, memoranda, and other administrative documents. They will also provide telephone support and manage email communications, assist in organizing schedules, meetings, and internal activities, and maintain and update databases. Additionally, they will carry out other administrative tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor. The position requires completion of high school or technical training in administration (preferred), a minimum of one year’s experience in similar roles, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent writing and spelling skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, a proactive attitude, and service orientation are highly valued. Furthermore, teamwork, effective communication, attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment are considered essential competencies.
