Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Conditioner to perform physical preparation and washing of new units prior to customer delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational processes. Teamwork, proactivity, and attention to detail in the automotive area **A company with 70 years of experience in the automotive industry, certified by “Great Place to Work”.** **FORD ATIZAPAN** **Hiring: Vehicle Conditioner** **Purpose:** Physical preparation of newly sold units for customer delivery, including installation of accessories (e.g., floor mats, additional parts), washing, and moving units to designated areas (reception, conditioning, delivery) per organizational processes. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 25 years old * **Education:** Technical degree * **Location:** Reside in Atizapán or surrounding areas **Experience:** Vehicle washing at dealerships; handling and transporting vehicles within dealerships; preparing and conditioning new vehicles for customer delivery. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Pressure washing using Karcher equipment. * Proper use of cleaning materials and products for new vehicles. * Installation of accessories and auto parts (floor mats, additional parts, etc.). * Physical preparation of new units for delivery. * Cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment (Karcher, vacuum cleaner, dryer). * Identification and reporting of paint damage or imperfections. * Basic administrative form handling. **Skills / Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and cleanliness in the work area. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Basic operational problem-solving. * Proactivity. * Sense of urgency. * Ability to follow established processes and procedures. **We Offer:** $11,950 gross monthly salary \+ performance bonus **Statutory Benefits:** * Social security. * Vacation days. * Vacation bonus. **Additional Benefits:** * Life insurance. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Savings fund. * Savings box. * Reimbursement for major medical expenses. * Birth and bereavement assistance. * Cafeteria service. * Profit-sharing. * Uniforms. * Agreements with multiple universities. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Av Lago de Guadalupe Lt. 2\-Mz 32\-a, Villas de la Hacienda, 52929 Cdad.
