




Job Summary: We are seeking a Delphi Support Engineer with experience in maintaining, supporting, and evolving legacy applications, to work with medium autonomy within an AMS team. We are currently seeking talent for the following role: Delphi Support Engineer / Hybrid (CDMX) / Fixed-Term Assignment Junior-level Delphi professional with solid experience in maintaining, supporting, and evolving production legacy applications, capable of working with medium autonomy within an AMS team. Possesses strong technical judgment for incident analysis, execution of controlled changes, and functional-technical support. Actively contributes to operational stability, code optimization, and enterprise database support, escalating highly complex cases when required. Actively participates in ticket handling and basic maintenance of production applications. Performs Level 2 / 3 support activities, analyzes and resolves medium-complexity incidents, and implements controlled improvements and fixes. Responsibilities: Corrective support for Delphi applications in production. Handling AMS support tickets (Level L2/L3). Analysis and resolution of errors in Delphi / Java code. Execution of minor changes and functional adjustments. Database interaction: SQL queries. Data validation. Review of application logs. Support for controlled deployments. Documentation of: Incidents. Applied solutions. Technical procedures. Daily office attendance at either Softtek Toreo or Reforma. We offer: Fixed-term contract until December 2026.
