Hardware and software support, knowledge of LAN/WAN networks **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Fluent English (verbal and written communication) * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and office productivity software; excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Hardware and software support, knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, remote diagnostics, system image creation, domain administration, and technical documentation. * Ability to remotely coordinate field technical staff; ease in translating technical documentation and activities between English and Spanish. * Availability to cover on-call shifts. * 1–2 years of experience.
