Professional growth within a LATAM-expanding organization Mexico City 3 positions open On-site for the first 3 months · then hybrid model **The Role** We seek senior analysts capable of converting large volumes of data into clear, actionable business insights. This position emphasizes visualization, advanced analytics, and automation, working closely with regional teams and supporting decision-making in key areas such as risk, marketing, portfolio, and product. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Design and evolve executive dashboards meeting high visual and analytical standards (primarily Power BI). * Analyze business behavior, performance, and trends using metrics and cohorts. * Automate analytical workflows and reporting using SQL and Python. * Collaborate closely with Risk, Marketing, Product, and Portfolio teams to generate actionable insights. * Define and document metrics, KPIs, and data quality criteria. * Prepare datasets ready for advanced analysis and consumption by other analytics teams. Develop ad-hoc analyses for leadership and management, focused on decision-making. * **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related fields. * Solid experience in data analysis within data-driven environments. * Intermediate–advanced SQL skills for analysis, complex queries, and automation. * Practical knowledge of Python applied to analysis and reporting. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI for building executive dashboards. * Ability to analyze KPIs, trends, cohorts, and business performance. * Skill in translating data into clear insights for non-technical teams and leadership. * High standards of organization, documentation, and deliverable quality.
