We are a growing software development team looking for someone who can serve as the bridge between our clients and the technical team. Your primary mission will be to manage client relationships, ensure successful deliveries, and maintain smooth communication throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Experience and Knowledge** * Previous experience in project management, account management, or similar roles * Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (preferred) * Ability to clearly document requirements and agreements (preferred) * Preferred: experience in digital agencies or technology companies **Personal Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Customer orientation and ability to handle difficult conversations * Organization, autonomy, and proactivity * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Judgment to identify when to escalate an issue to the technical team This role is ideal for someone with client-facing experience, who understands the technological environment and can autonomously and systematically coordinate projects. **Work Mode:** Hybrid — primarily remote work, with occasional on-site presence as required by the project **Working Hours:** Flexible — we value results, not working hours. You organize your schedule according to project and client needs **Contract Type:** Project-based fees — compensation is agreed upon based on the scope and duration of each project Salary: $12,517.84 - $20,642.19 per month Work Location: On-site employment
