Consistently seek customer satisfaction while managing and controlling your pastry operations, maintaining a harmonious, orderly, and disciplined work environment at all times. **Responsibilities** * Establish necessary procedures to ensure raw materials are dispatched from the warehouse to your workstation for producing finished goods, and that these are utilized appropriately; distribute essential information to your team to maintain sound daily cost control. * Verify dessert, bread, and pastry preparation according to standardized recipes. * Supervise personal hygiene and cleanliness of your pastry area—including ingredients and staff under your supervision. * Manage company resources, including raw materials, supplies, and human resources. * Supervise and/or establish work schedules and rest days for pastry staff. * Supervise and verify optimal inventory counts of perishable goods. * Supervise receipt of merchandise. * Direct, supervise, and control the following functions: * Production of desserts for dining outlets and events, as well as sweet and savory breads. * Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment. * Raw material control using the FIFO system. * Assignment and supervision of tasks for staff under your supervision. * Dispatch of desserts according to the service sheet. * Warehouse requisitions. * Direct responsibility for dessert and bakery production, as well as presentation and service timing. * Maintain hygiene during dessert preparation and service, as well as in the production and service kitchen areas. * Evaluate staff under your supervision. * Supervise maintenance of equipment and fixed furniture within your work area. * Innovate and propose new desserts for dining outlets and banquet kits. * Prepare and supervise chocolate production for the dining outlet. * Prepare shakes, batters, doughs, creams, sauces, and desserts required for daily production; work with various types of cakes, cookies, pastries, and desserts; verify oven temperatures; maintain necessary mise en place for your area’s production (e.g., brisé, brioche, choux). * Continuously train your staff in appropriate techniques relevant to their daily duties. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Pastry Chef * Knowledge of gourmet pastry techniques * Ability to work in a high-demand environment * Leadership and teamwork skills **Benefits** * We offer a dynamic and creative work environment * You will have professional development opportunities * Access to continuous training and industry events This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your talent in a prestigious and dynamic environment.
