NAIVA ELECTRIC IS SEEKING A **GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree certificate and professional license * Proven experience in a similar position * Proven experience implementing financial processes * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field * Proficiency in invoicing through government portals * Proficiency in handling incidents and payroll processing * Knowledge of tax reforms * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations * Excellent proficiency in accounting software **(CONTPAQi)** * Excellent proficiency in Excel * Must reside near the **Nezahualcóyotl** or **Villa de Aragón** metro stations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accounts payable and accounts receivable management * Team leadership and workforce management * Bank reconciliations * Maintenance of accounting and administrative records * Electronic invoicing through government portals * Preparation of pre\-payroll documentation * Execution of accounting and administrative procedures * Expense controls * Review of supplier documentation and preparation of corresponding files * Implementation of expense management systems and controls (assets and liabilities) * Development of tax strategies * Leadership of work teams **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary: $12,000 to $14,000 * Initial fixed-term contract with opportunity for permanent employment * Statutory benefits Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
