We encourage you to go beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth while valuing your unique contributions. **So join our team as a Public Bid Analyst!** **Your Mission and Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end harmonization, standardization, and digitalization of Bid processes, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and regulatory compliance. * Comprehensively manage commercial processes in public procurement procedures and tenders, including coordination of internal multidisciplinary teams. * Identify public sector tender opportunities and coordinate preparation, structuring, and submission of proposals in accordance with technical, economic, and legal requirements. * Ensure proper management and preparation of legal and administrative documentation required in public procurement processes (terms of reference, annexes, declarations, guarantees, etc.). * Provide analytical support to proposals, with particular emphasis on financial analysis, risk scenarios, and economic viability, coordinated with the sales team and other key departments. * Perform data analysis and executive reporting, ensuring information integrity, record quality, and the highest level of compliance and internal control. **Your Attributes and Skills:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience generating and managing proposals for the public sector, including tendering and government contracting processes. * Proven experience in legal and administrative document management associated with public procurement processes. * Participation in financial analysis of bids and support for commercial decision-making. * Solid knowledge of public and private procurement processes. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with PowerApps or other process digitalization tools. * Strong communication skills, with ability to synthesize and clearly present complex information to diverse stakeholders. * Analytical mindset, with sound judgment for business-oriented decision-making. * Intermediate English level (reading and functional communication). * Strong orientation toward digitalization, data analysis, and financial information interpretation. **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 73\.000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
