Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation of facilities, equipment, and tools through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing the company's continuous and safe operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment. * Inspect electrical, hydraulic, central air, and air conditioning systems. * Identify and resolve technical failures. * Follow up on maintenance reports. * Assist in general infrastructure repairs. * Maintain tools and work area in order. **Requirements** * Proven experience in general maintenance. * Advanced knowledge in electricity, plumbing, repairs, painting, and central air systems. * Standard transmission vehicle operation; valid driver's license * Availability for evening shift; weekday rest days * Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented.
