




**PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE – RESTAURANT** **Reports directly to the Marketing Director.** **Position Objective** Design, coordinate, and execute in-restaurant activations, public relations, and customer management initiatives to strengthen the restaurant’s image and ensure robust, long-term relationships with customers. Support the negotiation of commercial agreements with suppliers to secure optimal terms and identify brand ambassadors for the restaurant. **Key Responsibilities:** **Customer Management and Loyalty** · Develop and maintain long-term relationships with guests visiting Río Quintana, with special emphasis on frequent customers. · Monitor customer experience, gather feedback, and coordinate improvement actions with relevant departments. · Implement loyalty strategies and programs under Marketing’s direction. · Track complaints, suggestions, and observations to ensure timely resolution. · Coordinate special services, invitations, and personalized experiences for strategic customers. **Communications and Media** · Manage relationships with local media outlets—including interviews, media appearances, and press visits to the restaurant—under Marketing’s direction. **Reputation and Public Presence** · Safeguard the restaurant’s public image, consistently aligning with Río Quintana’s communication and visual identity guidelines. · Ensure content consistency and coherence across all external platforms where Río Quintana appears—whether through collaborations, partnerships, or other arrangements. **Events and Partnerships** · Organize special events—including product launches, wine tastings, anniversaries, brand or guest chef collaborations—and any other events deemed viable under Marketing’s direction. · Negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the restaurant’s visibility. · Manage supplier interactions and develop collaboration agreements with brands relevant to the establishment—brand ambassadors. · Prepare quotations. **Digital Communications (Under Marketing’s Direction)** · Supervise institutional social media communications alongside the digital team. · Propose campaigns and content that drive organic conversation and earned media. · Manage reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc., and encourage positive reviews. **Analysis and Reporting** · Prepare periodic reports on executed activities and results: media monitoring (clippings), reach, sentiment analysis, customer feedback, and loyalty KPIs. · Measure the impact of events, collaborations, and customer service programs. **Required Competencies** **Technical Skills** · Knowledge of communication strategies, branding, and crisis protocols. · Writing proficiency. · Experience managing relationships with media and key customers. · Event and activation coordination expertise. · Proficiency with CRM tools. **Core Skills** · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Empathy, courteous demeanor, and strong customer orientation. · Proactivity, creativity, and strategic thinking. · Negotiation and interpersonal relationship management. · Organization, punctuality, and attention to detail. · Problem-solving ability and composure under pressure. · Professional appearance. **Academic Background** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. **Experience** 2–4 years in Public Relations, Customer Service, CRM, or Communications roles—preferably within gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or PR agencies. **Additional Knowledge** · Intermediate–advanced English (preferred). · Familiarity with the local gastronomic ecosystem. · Established media contact list. · Experience with CRM platforms or loyalty systems. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics (NPS, repeat visit rate, positive feedback). Media reach. Increase in positive mentions on review platforms. Effectiveness of events and collaborations. Number and quality of relationships established with key customers.
