Development of Standard Operating Sheets (SOS) ***Quality Assistant*** **Job Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in the development and tracking of action plans. * Participate in developing strategies to promote knowledge and application of EODs among all staff. * Develop Standard Operating Sheets (SOS) for all operational processes of the distributor. * Conduct facility assessments and prepare reports. * Conduct 5S assessments at the distributor's three facilities, prepare reports, and develop promotion strategies. * Conduct PPE assessments at the distributor's three facilities and prepare reports. * Monitor compliance with processes established in current EODAs and the distributor's policies, identifying areas for improvement. * Support the Quality Manager in conducting self-assessments. * Support audits, visits, and special activities requiring Quality Department participation and involvement. **Benefits:** * Punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunity **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of quality management systems (basic level). * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level). * Continuous improvement tools (advanced level). * Organizational communication strategies (basic level).
