We operate restaurant and café concepts where every detail—from service and ambiance to culinary offerings—is thoughtfully designed to connect with our guests. **Your objective will be:** To guarantee an exceptional bar experience through flawless beverage execution, personalized guest service, and efficient team management—ensuring high standards of hospitality, quality, profitability, and professionalism. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service at the bar and tables * Create memorable experiences through guest interaction * Resolve complaints or incidents promptly and empathetically * Promote suggestive beverage sales * Supervise proper beverage preparation according to recipes * Ensure efficient service timing * Maintain impeccable order, cleanliness, and presentation of the bar area * Verify bar setup and stock levels * Design and innovate the beverage menu * Standardize recipes and processes * Train the team on emerging trends * Control quality and consistency of each beverage * Manage inventory, waste, and costs * Place supplies orders and coordinate with vendors * Ensure proper handling of high-value items (premium spirits) * Supervise bar cash closing procedures * Continuously train bar staff * Foster discipline, order, and a service-oriented culture * Average beverage sales per table * Ensure compliance with internal policies The Bar Manager does not merely execute drinks; they create experiences, drive profitability, and position the restaurant’s identity through the bar—serving as a pivotal element in shaping guest perception. **Technical Knowledge:** * Classical and contemporary mixology * Craft cocktail making * Spirits, liqueurs, wines, and basic food pairing * Beverage costing and inventory control * Food hygiene regulations (NOM-251) and safe handling of food and beverages * POS system operation **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) * Preferred: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, or related field **Experience:** * 3–5 years in bars or restaurants (fine dining or specialized concept) * 1–2 years in a leadership role (Bar Manager / Head Bartender) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $22,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Staff cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
