Vacancy: Corporate Operations Manager Job Description A growing business group is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for implementing, controlling, and optimizing the operations of multiple business units (retail and food), ensuring compliance with operational standards, inventory control, cash handling, and consistent execution across all branches. The position aims to take full control of the group's operations, eliminate revenue leakage, standardize processes, and build a replicable system enabling business expansion. Requirements Academic Qualifications: \* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field Experience: \* 5–10 years in operations \* Experience managing multiple branches \* Experience in retail, restaurants, or chain operations (mandatory) \* Experience leading operational teams \* Experience in inventory control and cash handling \* Experience implementing and standardizing processes \* Experience conducting operational audits (preferred) Technical Knowledge: \* Operational KPIs (sales, average transaction value, shrinkage, etc.) \* Inventory control (preferably by SKU) \* Cash handling and cash reconciliation \* Operational audits \* Intermediate/advanced Excel and Office suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Planner, etc.) \* Data analysis and reporting \* Managing multiple units simultaneously Key Competencies: \* High level of discipline and follow-up \* Analytical and structured thinking \* Firm character to demand results \* Focus on control and order \* Problem-solving ability \* Operational leadership (not just administrative) \* Stress tolerance \* Results-oriented mindset Main Responsibilities Operational Control: \* Implement and monitor group KPIs \* Supervise daily and weekly reporting compliance \* Identify deviations and execute corrective actions Cash Control: \* Supervise cash reconciliation \* Detect and eliminate discrepancies \* Implement controls to prevent revenue leakage Inventory Management: \* Implement and oversee inventory systems \* Supervise cycle counts \* Identify shrinkage and stockouts \* Optimize stock levels Audits: \* Conduct regular operational audits (daytime, nighttime, and random) \* Validate actual execution at branches \* Generate findings reports and action plans Operational Execution: \* Ensure standards of cleanliness, order, and operations \* Validate customer experience \* Supervise staff performance Team Management: \* Supervise and direct operational managers \* Set goals and track progress \* Correct deviations and improve performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement: \* Analyze operational data \* Identify improvement opportunities \* Optimize processes and efficiency Expansion: \* Participate in opening new branches \* Implement the operational model from Day 1 \* Ensure controlled launch KPIs for the Position: \* Reporting compliance (%) \* Cash discrepancies \* Shrinkage / inventory control \* Compliance with operational standards \* Sales growth \* Average transaction value \* Branch execution level Working Conditions: \* Office + field work \* Frequent branch visits \* Random audits (including nights and weekends) \* High operational demands We Offer: \* Salary: $20,000–$25,000 net monthly (based on experience) \* Bonus for KPI achievement \* Statutory benefits \* Job stability \* Career growth within the group \* Direct participation in business expansion Working Hours: \* Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM \* Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM \* Availability for nighttime audits and random visits Salary: $20,000.00–$25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
