




**STATIK ENGINEERING:** is an engineering and construction company with over 10 years in the market, experienced across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, etc.), implementing cutting-edge technologies and recognized for developing both national and international projects. **BIM Modeler with experience in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING** **Education:** Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or related field (degree and professional license mandatory) **Experience:** 2 years or more modeling in Electrical and MEP disciplines. Minimum 3–5 years in electrical project design. **Required Skills:** Knowledge of BIM methodology and technical construction expertise. **Desirable:** Diploma or certification in Revit. **Software:** Advanced Revit, BIM methodology, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Office suite. **Developed Competencies:** Planning ability, effective communication, and teamwork. **Technical Knowledge:** Design of medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. \- Short-circuit calculations, protection coordination, and load balancing. \- Power systems, outlets, lighting, and conduit routing. \- Regulations: NOM-001-SEDE, NMX, CFE regulations, and local codes. \- Software: Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, DIALux, ETAP or similar, Microsoft Office. Competencies: \- Leadership and management of technical personnel. \- Planning and organization. \- Analysis and problem-solving. \- Effective communication and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities:** Prepare and review medium- and low-voltage electrical projects. Design power, outlet, and lighting systems in compliance with applicable regulations. Perform electrical calculations: load sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit analysis, and protection coordination. Design distribution panels, single-line diagrams, and conduit routing. Prepare calculation and descriptive reports according to NOM, NMX, and CFE standards. Develop construction drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD. Ensure integration of electrical projects with other disciplines (mechanical, hydraulic, civil, architectural). Coordinate and supervise electrical design and BIM modeling teams. Participate in technical coordination meetings with clients and contractors. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality requirements.
