Technical support and preventive/corrective maintenance of computer systems 2. Software installation and equipment warranty management 3. Encryption and secure storage of computer equipment encryption keys Innovative Technology Company Seeks **Systems Technician** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field **Basic Knowledge Required in:** * Technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software * Preventive, corrective, and technical support maintenance for computer systems * Software installation on computer equipment, including base programs or applications, antivirus, Office Suite, etc. * Warranty claim processing with suppliers * Computer equipment encryption (BitLocker) (encryption and secure storage of encryption keys) * End-user technical support (remote and on-site) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Work Location: Insurgentes Norte **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $9,451 * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Annual bonus equivalent to 15 days' pay Interested candidates may apply through this channel Salary: $9,451.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term employment contract Work Location: Hybrid remote work in 06450, Atlampa, CDMX
