SHOPPING CENTER - PLAZA CEDROS, located between Jiutepec and Cuernavaca We are looking for the best talent as: "Maintenance Assistant" We offer: * Monthly gross salary of $11,100 * Weekly payroll payment / NOT a fondo week * Direct contract with the shopping center / 100% IMSS registration * Benefits from day one * Rotating shifts every 15 days: 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday / weekday rest Requirements: * Experience: minimum one or two years in verifiable general maintenance activities * Skills in repairs, plumbing, ceiling tiles, drywall, installations, electricity, painting and finishing * Updated official documents (INE, IMSS, CURP, RFC) * Preferably live nearby or have no issues with schedules and commutes. Responsibilities: * Perform minor general maintenance repairs, furniture and building facilities. * Repairs involving furniture, plumbing, ceiling tiles, drywall, walls, coatings, electricity, painting and finishing; NO INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE or SYSTEMS maintenance. * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on the shopping center's facilities. * Daily inspection rounds and logging of repairs, checks or preventive actions in all areas of the building. * Coordinate and follow up with specialized vendors for assigned work. * Respond to requests from departments and tenants to ensure proper operation of the shopping center. * Assist in setting up special events (chairs, stages, lighting, sound, etc.) * Maintain a daily log of completed activities.
