Collaboration with technical and business teams We are looking for a Semi-Senior ITSM Developer with experience in ITIL practices to join our ITSM Governance team. The role is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and integrating IT service management-focused solutions to ensure operational efficiency and process compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Configure incident, problem, and change workflows within ITSM tools. * Develop and implement integrations between platforms (especially Helix and other systems). * Configure screens and views in Digital Workplace (DWP). * Drive continuous improvement of ITIL-aligned processes. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure proper service operations. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in ITSM and related tools. * Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks. * Experience with the Helix suite (preferred). * Knowledge of system integration. * Basic English (preferred). * ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Problem-solving. * Results-driven mindset. * Process adherence. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in computer science, information technologies, or related field.
