Activities · Enter operational data into the system: Accurately register codes, weights, and production quantities, ensuring consistency between actual output and recorded data. · Generate internal departmental notes: Generate internal notes and branch tickets; compare printed tickets against branch order lists to ensure completeness and proper ordering. · Organize and file tickets:** Classify and securely store physical tickets, ensuring their availability for future reference. · Maintain operational communication with other departments: Notify branches of order adjustments, product changes, or incidents that may affect deliveries or stock availability. · Route incidents to the appropriate department: Record and track incidents identified in production, distribution, or orders, and inform the relevant responsible party for resolution. **Technical Skills** * System operation (internal system) * Computer proficiency * Data entry (codes, weights, quantities) * Reading and interpreting production lists **Soft Skills** * Attention to detail * Organization * Clear and written communication * Proactivity * Ability to work under pressure * Sense of responsibility · **Work Experience:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in data entry or operational support within production areas. * Rotating schedule according to departmental needs.
