




Job Summary: This position involves ensuring accurate payroll processing and legal compliance, as well as proper accounting recording of the company's operations. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting recording of transactions and preparation of financial reports. **Position:** Accounting and Payroll Analyst **Location:** Mexico **Department:** Human Resources / Payroll / Accounting **Work Mode:** \[On-site / Hybrid / Remote] **Contract Type:** \[Indefinite-term / Fixed-term] **Job Objective** Ensure accurate payroll processing while complying with the Federal Labor Law, current tax regulations, and obligations before authorities such as the Tax Administration Service (SAT), Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), and National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT). Additionally, maintain accurate accounting records of the company’s transactions. **Responsibilities** **PAYROLL** * Weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll calculation and processing. * Determination of income tax (ISR), IMSS contributions, and INFONAVIT contributions. * Preparation and stamping of payroll CFDIs. * Calculation of severance payments, final settlements, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), vacation pay, vacation premium, and profit-sharing (PTU). * Tracking of payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, overtime). * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll clarifications. **ACCOUNTING** * Preparation of reports and support during audits. * Preparation of monthly financial reports. * Management of accounting accounts and preparation of supporting reports for reconciliation. * Monthly bank, revenue, and expense reconciliations. * Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Review of received tax receipts and execution of corresponding accounting entries. * Issuance of tax receipts for income. * Preparation of supporting documentation for tax receipt issuance. · **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing. * Solid knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * Income Tax Law * Social Security Law * Payroll software (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Dynamics 365 · **We Offer** * Competitive salary: MXN$25,000\.00 * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits (per internal policy) * Professional development Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
