Reporting to the finance manager, responsible for handling all procedures with various government institutions (SHCP, Tax Agency, SECOFI, CNA, INEGI and others), tax advisors and external auditors. Procedures include, among others, preparing and submitting declarations, requests, notifications, statistics, or responding to official notices. As well as covering the responsibilities of any accounting department position during month-end closing. * Coordinate audits for IMSS, INFONAVIT, financial and tax opinions, requesting and gathering required information from external auditors so they can complete their work within established timelines and meet government-mandated deadlines. * Respond to requests from SHCP and State Tax Agency, attaching the information required by these agencies. * Collaborate with the finance manager in completing the annual tax return. * Coordinate the delivery of information needed to prepare the annual tax return. * Prepare analysis of non-deductible expenses to determine the company's taxable income. * Keep updated records of filed declarations, compensations, and refunds submitted to SHCP. * Prepare and submit monthly federal and state tax declarations, as well as request fund transfers to the bank. * Perform monthly IVA reconciliation to determine creditable and non-creditable IVA for compensation/refund purposes against federal taxes, maintaining an updated balance of both. * Run the monthly IVA process in the SAP system and reconcile system balances against records and declarations. * Attend official on-site visits, always within established deadlines, to comply timely and properly with such requirements. * Ensure electronic accounting is sent each month and that XML files related to deductions are correctly reported in the Electronic Accounting module. * Safeguard all official documents, maintaining control of all documents in a secure location and in proper order, since this information must be retained for the period required for tax and internal control purposes. * Prepare and file monthly notice of IVA compensation and/or refund using the official SHCP format, ensuring follow-up until the refund or compensation process is fully closed. * Prepare monthly provision of state income tax. * EDUCATION: Professional degree. * ENGLISH: Advanced level * EXPERIENCE: 4 to 6 years

(i.e. Work instructions, visual aids, documents associated with engineering process) * Review and update the data base where production standards are located, making sure this are correctly implemented. * Lead engineering changes in the process. * Implement and manage Lay Out changes in the manufacturing process. * Lead, actively participate and manage product transfers as well as product/process implementation. * Design and implementation of work stations/manufacturing cells. * Design and implementation of core tools (Poka Yoke) to support and improve processes. * Identify and propose improvements in processes, having waste elimination in mind (MUDA). * Actively participate in corrective actions depending on errors/discrepancies found in the process. * Develop, participate and maintain cost reduction projects using Lean Manufacturing system. * Apply 6S in the work area, actively participate with assigned areas. * Prepare and present key metrics information weekly and monthly. * Establish machine capacity and tooling necessary for product/line/unit. * Identify equipment needs to maximize labor capacity and units to be produced * Identify needs of personnel, based on manufacturing requirements and equipment/machine capacity. * Certify multi\-process/ multi\-machine operators aligned with the training and manufacturing department. * Promote team work within the areas under its responsibility. * Active participate in technical opportunities with materials and suppliers during the pre\-production and production phases. * Engineering department representative before de MRB (Material Review Board) for analyzing, reviewing and disposing of discrepant materials in the process. * Lead for deviation requisitions for materials design and/or process for design engineering. * Review production programs to identify possible delays in new orders/products. * Follow up on policies, procedures, rules and requirements of the company.
