Ranked as a leader in most major global business centers, CBRE operates a network of over 75,000 employees across 111 countries, including partners and affiliated offices. **Job Description:** As a Senior Facilities Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of facilities at assigned sites, with the primary function being to guarantee facility functionality, safety, and operational efficiency through effective vendor management, oversight of maintenance activities, and administration of general services. **Key Responsibilities include:** CMMS and BMS tool management. EHS deliverables management and compliance. Adherence to ISO 15489 procedures. Implementation of preventive maintenance and required corrective service programs. Service report management. Handling of service requests. Generation and tracking of purchase requisitions. Compliance with financial procedures — invoice\-approval\-payment — and reporting on relevant platforms. Effective coordination and communication with clients and the operations team. Preparation, generation, and submission of documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, PIPC, STPS, and CTPAT. Monthly report tracking and KPI presentation to clients. **Required Knowledge:** Electrical installations. HVAC equipment. Fire protection systems. Plumbing and sanitary installations. General building maintenance. Real estate asset management. Contractor management. Utility-related administrative procedures. OPEX and FORECAST control. DBMS handling. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. **Education:** Completed engineering degree with industrial focus.
