Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze, process, and validate large volumes of data, ensuring data quality and integrity through automation and strategic reporting. Process automation using technological tools BETTER; We are a strategic partner providing nationwide recruitment, training, development, and specialization services for human capital (Sales Force). We are looking for a Data Analyst: Position objective: To analyze, process, and validate large volumes of data using technological tools, ensuring data quality and integrity through data reconciliation, automation, and strategic reporting. Main responsibilities • Analysis and validation of databases from various departments • Data cross-referencing across systems, Excel files, and XML documents • Data reconciliation and verification (identification of discrepancies and inconsistencies) • Generation of executive reports and dashboards • Data interpretation and analysis to identify root causes or variations • Process automation using technological tools • Tracking of data-related incidents and errors • Delivery of clear, structured, and reliable reports Essential knowledge: • Python (data handling and analysis) • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) • Power BI (dashboard creation) • XML file handling • SQL • Artificial intelligence • Process automation • Minimum one year of experience Offer • Monthly salary of $12,000.00 net, paid biweekly, with potential growth to $14,000.00 • Statutory benefits from day one • Paid and continuous training • Provision of work tools (laptop/computer, corporate mobile network) • Excellent working environment • Medium-term career growth opportunities within the company • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays remote or on-site as required . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: Between 22 and 37 years old Knowledge: Databases, Data, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Programming, Python, Data Integration Keywords: analyst, data
