Resolve conflicts and negotiate with contractors INDE Mexico, a real estate developer with presence in Jalisco and Los Cabos, is seeking a **CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR**. **Job Objective:** Guarantee achievement of objectives within the customer service area, enhance customer experience through monitoring and control of housing conditions, and ensure quality and compliance in documentation, delivery, and maintenance warranty processes. Lead the customer service team and maintain a positive work environment. **SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES** * Verify and confirm compliance with housing conditions upon handover from construction. * Ensure compliance with housing documentation and delivery processes. * Second-tier customer support. * Conflict resolution and mediation. * Negotiation with contractors. * Review, analysis of metrics, and objective attainment. * Strategies to maintain a positive work environment. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Site visits to developments. Identify and resolve issues delaying customer service. Immediately address situations that may negatively impact condominium residents’ experience. Collaborate with condominium management to ensure an appropriate environment. KPI compliance progress tracking. Reporting on deliveries and warranty progress.
