In Guadalajara, personnel are needed to perform multifunctional operator duties in a logistics warehouse. Main responsibilities include order preparation via picking—selecting products according to lists or management systems—and receiving goods from suppliers or carriers, verifying quantities and condition against delivery notes. Subsequently, the worker places goods on shelves, palletizes them, or stores them in other designated storage areas. Cargo handling is constant, involving small- and medium-sized packages in terms of weight and volume, requiring adherence to safe manual handling procedures to prevent risks. The environment is dynamic and efficiency-oriented, integrating a dedicated team focused on goods flow. Versatility is essential: depending on daily needs, supplementary tasks supporting overall warehouse operations may be assigned. This position does not involve operating heavy machinery; only manual labor and physical organization of products are required. A fixed shift within regular working hours is offered. Availability to work the established fixed shift from Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, is required. A versatile profile and the ability to repeatedly perform physically demanding tasks—including manual handling of moderately weighted packages—are necessary. Prior experience in warehousing or logistics environments is preferred but not mandatory. Following instructions carefully, paying close attention to detail during order preparation and goods receipt, and possessing teamwork capabilities are essential.
