Location: Plaza del Sol Salary: $13,000 MXN per month Schedule * 2x2x2 shift pattern: * 2 day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) * 2 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) * 2 days off Requirements * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * No prior experience required (training provided) * Customer service or administrative experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility Responsibilities * Real-time service monitoring * Incident tracking * Communication with operations * Information registration and control in the system We seek individuals who are: * Proactive * Service-focused * Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
